Steph defined two dual graded graphs on compositions, this is the right one, in #41750 is the left one.
The forward and backward rules for this one were automatically produced by an LLM. They were tested for the first few levels and seem to work. The LLM also produced a reference to a paper of Vasu Tewari, which I did not yet check.
